The story behind the project
A minimal footprint, maximum satisfaction
We tailored the house to a smaller plot. We started with the popular Design No. 31 and reduced its building footprint to a minimum.
We are happy; the house was built quickly. We liked being able to make changes to the design. We chose a ceramic house because it is energy-efficient and will not need as much heating. This will be reflected in lower energy consumption. The house has thin walls, so it looks small from the outside but has plenty of space inside. We are glad we made this decision. Our friends and acquaintances like our house too. We would also like to thank both construction crews and their site managers. Thank you all as well.
