Four years of living have tested every centimetre and every season
A prefabricated ceramic bungalow built in the Malacky district in 2019. This three-bedroom family home has a rectangular footprint and makes highly efficient use of space. You can also find inspiration in Design No. 20. After four years of living there, the owners particularly appreciate the pleasant indoor climate: the house retains warmth well in winter and does not overheat in summer when properly ventilated. Slimmer ceramic walls also gave them more usable space within the same footprint.
We have lived in our ceramic house for 4 years. It retains heat well in winter and does not overheat in summer when properly ventilated. Another advantage is the greater floor area, as a prefabricated ceramic house has thinner walls than conventional masonry buildings.
