Material used for the production of ceramic walls

Material used for the production of ceramic walls

SIOPOR

Siopor is the first essential component of the ceramic composite from which the building components are made. It is an extremely porous granulate replacing standard aggregates. Siopor is produced by patented technology, and the primary raw material for its production is a specific quartz sand. By correct heat treatment of approximately 300 ° C the sand expands to a porous aggregate.

What benefit does Siopor bring you?

  • Natural and ecological material
  • Excellent thermal insulation properties.
  • Perfect sound insulation properties
  • Water resistance
  • Siopor is free of any emissions, and is harmless to health
  • Biologically resistant to fungi, insects and rodents
  • It is 100 % recyclable

What are the benefits of liapor?

  • It has excellent thermoregulatory properties
  • It has high acoustic attenuation values
  • Resistant to weather conditions, heat, frost and chemicals
  • Liapor is practically non-flammable
  • Environmentally and health friendly
  • It is 100 % recyclable

LIAPOR

Liapor is an equally important component of the ceramic building material from which ceramic houses are made. Liapor is made from special Tertiary clays and is better known as Keramzit in our region. Liapor not only does not burden nature, but it is even used in agriculture to improve soil properties. Liapor is such a stable material that it will not decompose over thousands of years and its properties are comparable to sand

CEMENT

Cement does not need special introduction. It forms an integral part of our ceramic walls and is used throughout the construction industry. Cement forms the binder between the components and therefore we use higher strength cements to achieve a perfect blend of this purely natural composition.

SPECIAL ADDITIVES

Natural components are used for improving the thermal insulation, sound insulation, and static properties of prefabricated ceramic houses. These are primarily plasticizers that modify time of workability and curing the ceramic composite it also increase its strength. An essential ingredient is the aeration additive, which improves the insulation parameters of the composite and its specific weight.
