The story behind the project
The advantages of this technology make it a clear choice.
Two full storeys on a building footprint of 80 m² are complemented by a detached garage. The ground floor has a living room with a large kitchen, a study, bathroom and utility room. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition to a separate walk-in wardrobe, partitions create space for fitted wardrobes in almost every room.
The client chose a prefabricated ceramic house for the material's properties and the benefits of the technology itself. He considers the ability to store heat and low energy demand its greatest advantages.
