I am very happy that our new home is finished. You work with quality materials and modern technology. I particularly like the way the individual components are manufactured in advance and prepared precisely to the design, so that all services, sockets, switches and pipes have their places directly in the walls.

Time is a very important factor in construction. If the design approval can be obtained within about one month and the foundation slab prepared during the following month, the structural shell can be standing after just two months. Assembly itself took a single day. We could not believe our eyes. And all this at an affordable price. That is another reason we chose you.

Thank you very much also to your sales team for their work, customer-friendly approach, helpfulness and flexibility. They were always available, and if they could not respond immediately, they called back or replied by email.

We will soon be moving with great joy into the new home you built for us.

In spring 2021, we discovered ceramic houses as a building method and chose the Slovak company Ceramic Houses from several possible contractors.

The main reasons for our decision were:

• extensive experience,
• accurate and detailed information,
• the best value for money.

The contract we signed in June 2021 guaranteed the price for one year. Unfortunately, delays in dealing with land registry matters meant we missed this deadline. Even so, our price was increased by only 10%, although building material prices were rising by 50 to 100% at the time.

On the agreed day, a prepared, well-coordinated construction team arrived and began assembling the wall panels. The following day, the last four walls, which had not fitted on the first vehicle, arrived along with the roof structure.

By the third day, installation of the roof membrane was also complete.

The team worked quickly, skilfully and professionally. They were very polite, helpful and pleasant.

Although the team came from Slovakia, we had no language problems. In addition to the colleague responsible for transport, two other team members spoke Hungarian and patiently answered all my many questions.

After finishing, they left the site clean and tidy and collected all the waste they had generated.

We are completely satisfied with the construction.

We have lived for more than a year in our new house, assembled from ceramic-composite panels by CERAMIC HOUSES sro, Lučenec. One advantage was that we could design the house ourselves. Based on that design, the panels were made with window and door openings and provisions for internal electrical wiring, including openings for sockets and switches. The house is environmentally friendly, the panels store heat from the infrared heating panels and, in summer, it maintains a pleasant indoor climate despite high outdoor temperatures. Another advantage is the fast construction and high-quality assembly of the house shell by the company’s employees. For these reasons, we recommend this type of house to other prospective homeowners.
