Unrivalled technology
A two-storey, three-unit house built from prefabricated ceramic walls near Budapest. Fast construction, a low purchase cost, low running costs and excellent thermal insulation.
My three-unit ceramic-composite house has been standing since 2010. Construction was quick and saved me a great deal of time and money. Apart from minor repairs to address normal wear and tear, the house is in excellent condition and I have had no other expenses. My decision to build a house using what was then an almost unknown technology was the right one, and I would certainly choose this type of house again. Last winter, our heating unexpectedly stopped working. We were worried because it was -10 °C outside. To our great surprise, the indoor temperature dropped by only 1 °C over 24 hours. The technology is unrivalled.
