With a building footprint of 92 m² and a width of just 7 metres, this two-storey family home offers a thoughtful, spacious layout. The ground floor includes a guest room with its own bathroom, an open living area with a terrace, a large kitchen, pantry and utility room. Upstairs are three bedrooms, the main one with its own walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. The client appreciated the exceptionally fast, high-quality construction, delivered as agreed despite snow and temperatures around zero. He particularly praised the team's commitment, the foreman's willingness to explain every detail and a result exactly as he had envisaged.
