Such a good home that they would make the same choice again
One of many versions of Design No. 31, a popular and sought-after three-bedroom family home layout. Beautiful, comfortable living in a distinctive prefabricated ceramic house.
The owners particularly appreciate the stable indoor climate without air conditioning, excellent sound insulation despite the nearby railway and greater living space thanks to slimmer walls. Their complete satisfaction with both living comfort and construction speed is reflected in their willingness to choose a ceramic house again and recommend the technology to friends.
We can no longer imagine living in anything other than a ceramic house. It has many advantages. For example, it retains pleasant warmth in winter and stays cool inside during summer heat, so air conditioning is not needed. Our neighbours’ timber houses can be up to 6 degrees warmer inside during summer.
As we live near a railway, we were concerned before construction that noise would enter the house. Fortunately, those concerns proved unfounded, and we barely notice that the railway is there.
Thanks to the thin walls, we have more living space than in other types of buildings, which is a major plus.
We are completely happy living in our ceramic house. If we build another house in the future, we would definitely choose a ceramic house again, and every friend who contacted us about the house received a recommendation for your company.
Besides the benefits of living here that we have mentioned, the greatest advantage was the speed of construction.
