The story behind the project
They felt the quality of their home before their first day living there
Prefabricated ceramic-composite wall technology maximises interior space within a minimal footprint. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a utility room, a pantry and an open-plan living room and kitchen, all on a building footprint of just 78 m². The layout is based on our Design No. 47 and was adapted to the plot. The rear of the house, positioned below a slope, has only service openings and no large windows. Even during construction, the client appreciated the pleasant indoor climate, energy efficiency, flexible design changes and professional approach throughout the project.
We do not live in the house yet, but even during construction we were pleased by the pleasant indoor climate, including in the summer months. A prefabricated ceramic house uses little energy and does not overheat in summer. I was happy with the company’s approach and communication during design preparation. They willingly accommodated every request I made for changes. The scope of delivery they offer is well thought out.
