The story behind the project
A home with nothing unnecessary and nothing missing
Compact on the outside, generous on the inside. Two bedrooms at the front and one at the rear. A living room with an open-plan kitchen. An entrance with space for a fitted wardrobe. A bathroom, separate toilet and utility room. All within a footprint of less than 100 m². We adapted the design to the client's individual wishes and responded flexibly to requirements arising during the building permit process. Three of our teams worked on the project in succession, and the owner was very happy with all of them.
I adapted the design to my own preferences, and it was built that way. They promptly corrected the shortcomings we discovered during the building permit process. Three teams worked on our house, and we were very happy with all of them.
