A design adapted to the plot and everyday life
A building footprint of 130 m² and 110 m² of usable floor area. We adapted a mirrored version of Design No. 46 to a gently sloping plot while retaining convenient street-level access. The living area faces the garden, while the kitchen keeps a practical view of the entrance and driveway. After moving in, the owners particularly appreciated the house's excellent ability to store and retain heat during winter.
We are happy with our prefabricated ceramic house. We only kept the heating on low over winter; the house retains heat incredibly well.
