Despite a larger footprint than is usual for a two-bedroom house, it retains a compact appearance and fits naturally onto almost any plot. The 103 m2 interior offers exceptional space, an airy feel and comfortable living. We can tailor Design No. 12 to your requirements. The catalogue includes both larger and smaller versions, already standardised for maximum efficiency.
I have lived in the house for 6 years and am happy with it. My home is all-electric and its running costs are minimal.
