25 years of experience informed the decision
After 25 years in construction and 19 houses built or renovated, the client chose prefabricated ceramic components for his milestone 20th house. The decisive factors were the speed of construction, the material's advantages and the more favourable price: assembly itself took just three days.
I have earned my living building family homes for the last 25 years. Through my company, I have built and renovated 19 family homes and industrial premises in Slovakia, Czechia and Germany. These always used conventional methods, with certain variations depending on the building or renovation. As someone who knows the construction industry, I was also interested in the more modern approach of building family homes with prefabricated ceramic components. I therefore decided to use this material for my 20th house. I chose this system for both the material’s benefits and the speed of construction. Within two weeks, the house was manufactured exactly to my own design and the plans prepared by the supplier. It was then assembled in three days. Building a family home using prefabricated ceramic technology saved me several months and was also much more cost-effective.
