The story behind the project
After a year in our home, we still know we made the right choice
The L-shaped floor plan with a central living area offers a bright living room with a conservatory and a kitchen with a separate pantry. Two rooms are at the front of the house; a third, with its own bathroom and separate entrance, is at the rear. With a building footprint of 126 m², the house was designed around the owners' wishes and the nature of the plot. After almost a year of living there, the client particularly values its excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, lower heating costs and overall comfort. He also praises the fast construction and the professional approach to requests during the project.
We are very happy with the prefabricated ceramic house from your company, CERAMIC HOUSES EU, s.r.o. We have lived in our new home for almost a year and must say that it has met all our expectations. It has excellent thermal insulation, which has meant both comfortable living in winter and lower heating costs. We were equally impressed by its sound insulation, which contributes significantly to comfort. Construction was fast and well organised, which we greatly appreciated as a family. The only minor issue during the process was a small misunderstanding during construction. However, we were able to resolve it thanks to the willingness and professional approach of everyone involved. Overall, we feel very positive about the entire building process and our home. We would certainly recommend the company to anyone looking for fast, high-quality construction using modern materials.
