Actual heating costs are half the original estimate

The client chose a ceramic house for its thermal and acoustic insulation and fast construction. Years of living there have confirmed the choice: actual gas costs are approximately half the original estimate.

I had 3 reasons for building a ceramic house with Ceramic Houses: excellent thermal insulation, excellent sound insulation, and fast, efficient construction. Building the house confirmed my expectations. I have lived in it since 2012 and am truly happy. When I registered for a natural gas supply, SPP estimated gas costs of €100 per month based on the size of the house. The actual costs are half that.
