Retaining warmth in winter and staying cool in summer
A house based on Design No. 2. A large five-bedroom family home with an ideal separation of living and sleeping areas, plenty of storage and a separate garage. The clients appreciate the fast assembly, practical preparation for service installations and easy subsequent modifications. The ceramic structures also store heat well and help create a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year.
After several months of living in a house assembled from ceramic-composite structures, we can say that we are satisfied. The advantages of this type of house include fast assembly and pre-formed recesses and conduits for electrical wiring, water and drainage, which also reduce installation time. For minor changes, there was no problem cutting additional openings in the walls for electrical switch and socket boxes. The wall structures store heat well and retain it indoors for a long time in winter. In summer, they prevent the interior from overheating and create a pleasant indoor climate.
