Comfortable living in every season
We built this three-bedroom bungalow to Design No. 18, also available in our online catalogue. Its clever layout makes it suitable for a narrow plot. The owners particularly appreciate the pleasant indoor climate: the house does not overheat in summer and retains heat well in winter. They also praise the speed of construction, the cooperation and the favourable price.
We are very happy with our house and have lived in it for 8 months. We believe the ceramic material gives it an excellent indoor climate. It does not heat up much in summer and retains warmth well during the heating season. We can only recommend it. Construction was quick, cooperation was excellent and the price was reasonable. We think building a house from this material was an excellent decision. We wish the company many successful years in business and hope many people will enjoy your homes. But to avoid painting a purely ideal picture, it is very important to be prepared for building a house, and not just financially. The layout and placement of appliances and furniture need careful thought in advance, as the electrical wiring runs inside the walls. Minor changes are possible, and we made some ourselves. So preparation and cooperation on the customer’s part are also essential.
