How narrow is too narrow? Do not sacrifice an extra centimetre to the walls
A narrow plot can be challenging. That makes the choice of building technology important, including whether the walls take up 60 or 30 cm. Within 116 m², this design includes a dominant living area of almost 40 m², a corner kitchen and pantry, two separate bedrooms, a utility room and a garage. After three years of living there, the owner appreciates the house's defect-free condition, excellent thermal insulation, fast construction and adherence to all agreed terms.
Hello. I have lived in the house for three years. Construction was quick and all contractual terms were met. I particularly appreciated that payments were promptly followed by the work being carried out. No defects have appeared in the house, and I also praise the thermal insulation. Best regards, J.G.
