A home in six months, a structural shell in a single day
A mirrored layout based on Design No. 36 from our online catalogue. The owners appreciate the speed of construction, low heating costs and a pleasant indoor climate without air conditioning. They confirmed their satisfaction in the best possible way by recommending a ceramic house to their friends.
We are very happy with our prefabricated ceramic house. It is a good, comfortable place to live. Our household running costs are certainly lower, especially for heating. We use only electric heating. The house does not need air conditioning, as it is pleasant inside both on hot days and in winter.
Construction was quick, which is another major advantage. Within six months, the house was fully built and ready to live in.
The structural shell took 1 day and the roof 2 days. The preparations for electricity and water were another major plus.
We did the finishing work ourselves, including floors, plaster finishes, windows, doors, electrical and water installations, furnishings and so on.
We recommend a prefabricated ceramic house. We also recommended it to friends, whose house you built in the neighbouring village.
