€38 in monthly costs and an ideal indoor climate = happy homeowners
An individually adapted layout based on Design No. 18, also available in our online catalogue. A three-bedroom bungalow with minimal running costs and healthy living of the highest quality. The owners made the most of their narrow plot thanks to slimmer ceramic walls that save valuable space. Since moving in, they particularly appreciate the low running costs, pleasant indoor climate and a house built in three days.
What pleases us most is the low running costs. We spend just €38 a month on utilities. We are warm in winter, while in summer the house is cool. We also appreciate that the house is vapour-permeable, with ideal humidity in both winter and summer, without using humidity-control equipment. Our narrow plot was another reason we chose a prefabricated ceramic house. The thinner walls saved us a lot of space. Our house was built in just three days.
