A happy homeowner helping others finance healthy living
The almost square floor plan allows an ideal division into living and sleeping areas. The kitchen has an excellent view of the entrance and driveway. The living area opens onto a secluded terrace behind the house, sheltered from the street and passers-by. The pantry and utility room provide ample storage. The other part of the house contains three well-proportioned bedrooms. The owners appreciate the low heating costs and pleasant indoor climate even in the hottest weather, without air conditioning. Fast construction and smooth communication throughout the project complete their positive experience.
We love living in the house. Thanks to its insulation, our heating costs are very low. Even in the hottest summer weather, the house stays at just 26 degrees and we do not need any air conditioning. For us, it was a great decision: the quality of living, communication during construction and the speed of the build were all first-rate!
