The story behind the project

When slimmer ceramic walls turn every centimetre saved into extra space.

A three-bedroom bungalow with an L-shaped footprint, built to Design No. 23, also available in our online catalogue. The client chose a prefabricated ceramic house mainly for its value for money, thermal and acoustic insulation and slimmer walls, which create more usable interior space. He particularly appreciates this on smaller plots, where the same building footprint can offer more living space.

When building a prefabricated ceramic house, thin walls are another important advantage alongside good value for money and acoustic and thermal insulation. While retaining all the good qualities of masonry materials, prefabricated ceramic homes provide much more interior space within the same footprint than traditional houses built from conventional bricks. I therefore strongly recommend this building technology for smaller plots. All these benefits, together with many other positive qualities, led us to choose a prefabricated ceramic house too.
