“Is that lovely house on the bend yours?”
The first prefabricated ceramic house in Bílkove Humence stood out for both its technology and the construction process. The modern approach interested local residents and the building authority alike, and the house became a distinctive part of the village.
This is the first house of its kind built in Bílkove Humence, and its technology makes it unique. I can say that the residents really like it. One sign of this is that people keep stopping me to ask, ‘Is that lovely house on the bend yours?’ Although the village is small, people followed your employees’ work and the overall construction with interest. The building authority also studied the ceramic house technology and judged it comfortable and, in terms of today’s requirements, very, very interesting.
